The App Layer Firewall was a little bit too strict, so I had to unban more than 1000 IPs who were permanently banned for no reason.
Win 10 seems to send HTTP Webdav requests etc. specifying an IP instead of a domain as host.
Firewall was also adjusted not to ban.
